Mindstrong Workout
When: Tuesday, October 10th from 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Register through the TU Campus Rec mobile app or visit recreation.towson.edu.

Join Campus Rec and the TU Counseling Center for this strength training workshop that will be focused around lifting weights while empowering the mind. Content will be conveyed with a trauma-informed lens with the intention of leaving participants empowered by their personal strength, space, and mind.
