Speaker Bios:

Stephanie Schaffer is a dedicated volunteer for NAMI Metro Baltimore who has had previous experience in mental health advocacy and support, both through volunteer roles and employment.  Stephanie is also an artist and recently graduated with her Associate’s degree.  She is passionate about serving youth and raising awareness about mental health, and strives to motivate and inspire them with her life experience.

Rachel Lee is a sophomore undergraduate at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Psychology and Public Health.  Mental health awareness is something she cherishes deeply, so helping with NAMI Metro Baltimore’s efforts is incredibly meaningful to her.  Through advocacy, Rachel has had the opportunity to hear the beautiful stories that people have to share and has recognized that there is so much value to be found in every person’s narrative.
