How Are You, Really? A Mental Health Fishbowl
Friday, October 9th from 12:00pm – 1:00pm

How many times a day do we ask “How are you?” without truly listening for a response? In this interactive fishbowl discussion, we’ll talk about how we’re really doing, our attitudes and beliefs about mental health, and how to take action to promote mental wellness for ourselves and others. As a participant, you’ll cycle through three breakout rooms for different conversations about mental health. At the end of this session, you’ll have a deeper understanding of your own mental health and will be better equipped to listen to your friends and loved ones.

We welcome students from all Baltimore-area colleges to this free discussion. This event is part of NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore’s week-long college mental health campaign, #IWillListen, taking place from October 4-10.

Giveaway Alert: The first 20 students to register for and attend this discussion will receive a free #IWillListen t-shirt!
